We guarantee delivery to the shipping address provided when the order is first placed and when retrieved on the delivery date. Since we ship perishable products that can't be restocked or resold, we're unable to accept returns.
Wildgrain Refund Policy
The following reasons are covered under our refund policy:
- Damaged items (unrelated to carrier)
- Late delivery or improper handling caused by the carrier, resulting in warm and/or damaged items
- Missing items
To report any of the above issues, please contact hello@wildgrain.com. Additionally, if you’re not satisfied with your Wildgrain Box for good reason, please contact hello@wildgrain.com within seven days of receipt. We are happy to review your order and reported issues and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, or a partial/full refund.
Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy applies only to first orders.
For canceled orders, please note that you can cancel at any time before your next order is billed. If you cancel after billing but before delivery, the cancellation request will only be processed for the next scheduled billing date.
The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:
- Incorrect shipping address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions
- Late delivery due to incorrect shipping address
- Inability to retrieve your order on the delivery date, resulting in warm and/or damaged items
Please review your shipping address before ordering. Should your shipping address change, please update this address prior to the charge date via your customer account portal.
If you would like to reship an order that was improperly addressed or not retrieved on the delivery date, you will be charged 50% of the cost for the replacement shipment.
