This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://gma-wildgrain.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND DISCLOSE

The website also uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
We disclose certain Personal Information to third parties for a business purpose. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
Wildgrain values customer privacy and supports laws that increase transparency. We do not “sell” your personal information in exchange for money. This information covers the past 12 months. However, the definition of “sale” in the CCPA is very broad; it includes many common business activities involving the transferring of data, such as certain types of targeted online advertising and marketing activities as further described in the SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION section below, even though that data is not exchanged for money. If you’re a California resident and wish to opt out of these uses on a going-forward basis, please submit a request using the information provided below.
There are also several advertising industry options available to you if you would like to opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly across participating third parties. Please note that these opt-outs are also device and browser based, so you will need to opt out on each of your devices and browsers with respect to these settings.
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
We may share Personally Identifiable Information with:
Our service providers; our service providers to the extent reasonably necessary to enable us operate our business and provide our Website to you, as described in this Privacy Policy (e.g., to an email service provider in order to enable us to email you); a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, liquidation, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personally Identifiable Information held by us about our Users is among the assets transferred; other third parties with your express consent for any purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; and

We may also share Personally Identifiable Information with a limited number of other businesses who perform certain types of targeted online advertising and marketing services for Wildgrain, such as serving advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and analyzing such information for marketing purposes. These third parties have not promised to use the Personally Identifiable Information that we provide solely in connection with Wildgrain’s Services, and they may use your Personally Identifiable Information for other purposes and on behalf of their other customers and partners. If you are a California resident, you may opt out of these uses on a going-forward basis as described in the Additional Privacy Information for California Residents section below.
Finally, we may also disclose Personally Identifiable Information with law enforcement agencies, government officials, or other third parties as necessary for the purpose of: complying with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
preventing fraud and providing credit risk reduction; investigating potential unauthorized access or misuse of our Website or other breach of our Terms of Service and other agreements; protecting the assets or property, and enforcing the rights of Wildgrain, including for billing and collection purposes; and protecting the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
In the event that we receive a request from a governmental entity to provide it with your Personally Identifiable Information, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you of such request, to the extent reasonably possible and legally permissible.
NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
In addition, we may share Non-Personally Identifiable Information, including aggregated or anonymized data: to our partners about how our users, collectively, use our Website, so that our partners may also understand how often people use their services and our Website; with analytics, search engine, or other service providers that help us improve our Website; to report to our affiliates, licensors and service providers about the use of various aspects of the Website; and with other Users or prospective Users of the Website.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to request that we delete certain Personal Information that we have collected. Please note that there are circumstances in which we may not be able to comply with your request pursuant to the CCPA, including when we cannot verify your request and/or when there is a conflict with our own obligations to comply with other legal or regulatory requirements. We will notify you following submission of your request if this is the case.

AUTHORIZED AGENTS

Only a business entity or natural person registered with the California Secretary of State may act as an authorized agent.
You must provide the authorized agent written permission to exercise your rights under the CCPA on your behalf.
We may deny a request from an authorized agent on your behalf if the authorized agent does not submit proof that he, she, or it has been authorized by you to act on your behalf if we request such proof, as permitted by the CCPA.
Even if you use an authorized agent to exercise your rights under the CCPA on your behalf, pursuant to the CCPA we may still require that you verify your own identity directly to us. This Provision does not apply if you have provided with a power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465.
